
Terms of Service: Last updated August 8, 2022 Valid for ALL appointments made by the client or by Brow Envy on behalf of the client.
Please read our booking TOS prior to booking an appointment.
1) Booking fees are transferable but non-refundable. All paid booking fees must be used within 12 months of the original appointment date.
2) A minimum 48-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment. You will receive 3 appointment reminders via email. One 7 days prior to your appointment, 48 hours prior to your appointment. As well as a text message reminder. This is to avoid a last-minute need to reschedule. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours you will forfeit your booking fee and will be required to pay a new booking fee.
2a) Your phone number and email address may be used to contact you for appointment reminders, and promotional offers. You can opt out of promotional offers at any time by clicking stop.
3) No-call/ no-show appointments/ Late cancellations (within 2 hours of appointment) will be charged the FULL VALUE of the appointment. Regardless of cancellation reason. The client will be required to pay an additional deposit to rebook.
4) Touch-up appointments are not included in the cost of the initial application. Touch-up appointments done between 6-12 weeks after the initial session are $150. After that time, pricing will go up incrementally
5) Upon booking you will receive a list of pre-appointment instructions via E-mail. If you do not comply with pre-appointment instructions and we are unable to complete service that day you will forfeit your booking fee. If you wish to re-book you will be required to pay a new booking fee.
6) If you are booking service for a special event please ensure it is at least 12 weeks before the event. Which includes holidays.
Sick policy:
1) 48-hour reschedule policies will be waived in the event of transmissible sickness. Headaches, vertigo, backache, mental health etc. Are not included in the exception.
2) No-Call/No-shows/Late cancellations (within 2 hours) will be charged the FULL amount of the appointment. Regardless of the reason. You are still REQUIRED to inform us you are not coming to your appointment.
